Now What?

Sometimes the questions are more important than the answers. Take a look at a simple question,"what is your name?" when you ask that to another, does the importance really lie in the name? does it matter to me if you are marc or jacob or pat or rachel? the anwser is no. so why ask? Aah, here, we see the importance of the question. the very act of me asking you something about yourself indicates that i am interested in getting to know you or i want to demonstrate to you that you have caught my attention, by asking you something about yourself

Can people not understand that? questions are more important than answers in the deeper sense of life. It is in matters of consequence (if you read 'the little prince' you'll understand) that the answers matter at all. besides, if you ask the questions all the time with a need for an answer, you'll end up as a very unsatisfied person with innumerable unfulfilled desires, again when we are not talking about matters of consequence. for example, the common yet mystical question,"what is the meaning of life?" i say, that this is something quite impossible to answer. I think many will agree perhaps this is the one thing that creationalists and evolutionists will agree upon. so, i say we should rid ourselves of expectation for an answer to that question, BUT it must at all times remain a question rather than a statement like "life has a meaning" because a question includes the possibility of an answer and a question signifies HOPE (for an answer)

*sigh* at least that is one desire settled from my incessant mind.

but there are many more. i will not write about them now because i should be doing my revision and my mind is soo worked up over friends and conversations that the only way to settle it would be to distract it. Apparently, i should not analyse my mind because then, i become too structured and then i'll be immature. i disagree heartily with this. but my blog with unknown invaders and stalkers is not the place to vent out. i'll settle this tomorrow with the person itself and hopefully, we will understand our vastly different points of views at the very least, even if we end up agreeing to disagree.
